Good manners are like flowers
They have some magic powers.
Use them and see
How good you can be.
When you ask something, say please,
Never should we interrupt or tease.
When we take something, we say thank you.
Make sure that we always do.
Say hello when we meet someone new,
And be a friend whose words are true.
We share our toys and take our turns.
Good manners aren’t too hard to learn.
Today we pledge to be kind,
To use the nicest words, we can find.
