END OF THE TERM

I had never seen him calm,

never seen him so relieved

It was all just really ending,

or maybe something he believed.

All those tears in his eyes,

made it really hard to read

And he saw his name again,

as his hands were finally freed

You could really see his sins,

as they grew like the trees

As his wrongs grew very tall,

than all his rightful deeds

And he stood and watched them grow,

it got hard for him to breathe

Just a hug or a smile,

could’ve surely filled his need

All the voices in his head,

wanted him to take the lead

He was stabbed to his death,

left with no choice but to bleed.

His mouth was open like a baby,

but no hand was there to feed.

Thinking back to all his moments,

all the things he had achieved

All the things that shot him down,

when he wanted to succeed

Used to think his life was heaven,

only hell was guaranteed.
