Education is one of the basic human rights. It should be free for every individual. There are a lot of benefits associated with a free education system. One of them is that it allows people from all social and financial backgrounds to have equal access to education. This is very important in today’s world when the rate of poverty is increasing drastically. Free education will help people get jobs that require a basic level of education. This will also help in reducing poverty and increasing asocial mobility. Making education free would also help in reducing the crime rate. There would be fewer chances for people to turn to crime if they would have an opportunity to be educated, and acquire skills and knowledge to get a worthy, respected job. Finally, free education will also benefit the economy. Educated workers are more productive and they are also more likely to start their own businesses. Overall, free education is a great idea so it would level the playing field, reduce crime and improve the economy.
