WHY PEOPLE MIGRATE?

People migrate for many reasons. Migrating is never a piece of cake; as moving from one place and then creating a home at another is complicated. Here are some reasons why people migrate: • War- People in places like Yemen, Afghanistan and Iraq migrated to run off from bomb blasts, torture & imprisonment. They migrate for better prospects. • Famine- there are places where there is no food so people migrate for better food prospects. • Poverty or unemployment- Some people migrate because of poverty or they are educated but there are no jobs. People migrate hoping for a better future.
