TWO STRANGERS

Once there was an old man. He was very poor and lived in a forest. He used to earn his livelihood by cutting woods and selling them in the market. One day, while cutting woods, his axe fell into the river flowing nearby. The old man was very helpless. He started weeping. At the same time, a young man who had to pass through the forest on his way to work passed by. He asked the old man the reason of crying. The old man told him the whole story. The young man was so kind-hearted. He took the old man to the market and got him a new axe. After some days, when the young man was passing from the forest, there came a thunder storm. He had no shelter. Suddenly, he saw a small house in the middle of the woods. He knocked the door and was surprised to see that it was the house of the same old man who he had helped in the forest. The both strangers come to know that the act of kindness is always rewarded by ALLAH Almighty.
