As I took steps from the bus towards my class, I could
feel my footsteps getting heavier as I came closer to
the class VIII Orange.
I entered the class and was ready to have a delightful
day. Since, it was not only the first day of the New
Academic Year 2019 but it was also my first day at my
new school ‘Bahria Town School’. Although I was quite
familiar with this school because my elder sister was
an alumnus of BTSC yet my anxiousness was eating
me up. I found the perfect location to be seated in the
class, right under the air conditioner and fourth seat
from the board. I found all my new staff humble, gentle
and caring. My classmates were also amicable, and I
started getting well with them. Everyone was so kind
that I didn’t miss my old school and old pals. To cut
long story short, my first day at the New Academic Year
2019 was more fun than I had expected. Azka Ranbani VIII Orange
