LIFE OF A STUDENT

Life of a student, Oh! So hard!

Sometimes it hits you like a piece of shard,

First wake up at 6:30,

Not knowing if you are happy or sad,

Losing a war against your parents,

And setting off for the day’s errands,

Finally going to school,

Feeling like a straight up fool,

First up is Math,

All those hard equations: e=mc2,

It’s just not fair,

Oh! Don’t forget! Mr. Shakespeare on his way,

Ready to make you pay,

It’s time for science,

So we have to give some compliance,

In the class, Geography,

Learning all about topography,

Then comes history,

It’s either defeat or victory,

Then comes the last class,

Mirror Mirror on the wall,

Which one’s the deadliest of them all?

Urdu, beside from listening to instructions,

What else could I do?!?!

It’s time to go home,

When the prisoners are released, we are going to roam,

This cycle is going to repeat for 12 years,

One of my biggest fears,

When my years at this campus are over,

My sweet memories will continue to hover.
