JUNK FOOD AND HEALTH

Good nutrition is an important part of leading lifestyle. When it comes to selecting between a packet of artificial jelly or chips and fruits, we always select junk food. Why? This only causes us to have more and more health problems such as obesity , heart diseases, diabetes & blood pressure issues. It is okay to eat junk food once in a while. But the question is “why do we love junk food so much when we know it’s not good for us?” Healthy diet means having a balance & making smart choices when it comes to eating. We always want pizza in parties. Why can’t we pick the fruit salad to eat? Let us remember to be smart today so we spend better lives like our grandparents did. They ate healthy food & have lived long lives. Let us have healthy lifestyles & eat wisely!
